Square Balls | 3D Game
Developed during my time at Utah Valley University, this multiplayer party game highlights a dual role in creative leadership and hands-on asset production. Serving as the Lead Art Director, I oversaw the visual development and execution of the 3D pipeline while managing the design and production of the various minigames. In addition to guiding the team's creative direction, I personally drove the production pipeline by modeling and texturing key 3D assets, executing scene lighting, and configuring environments to ensure a vibrant, cohesive aesthetic that enhances the high-energy gameplay.
Game Effects
This project showcases a collection of real-time game visual effects developed entirely within Unity. Utilizing Unity’s native Animation window and Particle Systems, I designed and configured dynamic, optimized effects tailored for seamless gameplay integration. The pipeline involved managing particle lifecycles, velocity, and color over time curves, alongside custom animation sheets, to create highly responsive and visually impactful effects that enhance game feel and player feedback.
